The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Friday, October 30 reveals Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will have another close call with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
Also coming up, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will worry about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Plus, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will discuss Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). And Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Dr. Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) will celebrate with his family.
Y&R spoilers tease Phyllis will ask Sharon and Nick what’s going on. “You two were talking about Matt Clark,” she’ll add. “Is he okay?” But Nick will say he’s getting help and is out of their lives. “So let it go.” He’ll storm off and Sharon will say he’s hiding something. “If you and I both keep at him, we can get him to tell us the truth about Matt.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Adam Can’t Believe Billy Left His Wife And Newborn
Surprisingly, Phyllis will say maybe Nick is telling the truth. “I think it’s time to move on.” Sharon will be stunned, since she and Matt were so close. “We said our goodbyes too many times, so it’s done,” Phyllis will reply, although she’ll admit she left Matt a voicemail after the car crash and he didn’t respond.
But Sharon will say he’s not at the psyche facility they’d arranged for. “What if Nick took matters into his own hands?” The ladies will sit down and Sharon will tell Phyllis the whole story and how Matt wanted her to be his therapist. Once again, Sharon will suggest they both talk to Nick and eventually Phyllis will agree.
As for Nick, he’ll end up at the GCAC bar and run into Adam. He’ll ask if he’s all right. “It’s Sally and Ruby,” he’ll say. Adam will admit he feels the need to protect Ruby. But Nick will tell him the baby’s in good hands. “I wish I could believe that,” Adam will reply, saying Billy took off to London. “He left his wife and his newborn. What kind of father does that?”
However, Nick will say it’s not like Billy left his wife to jet off to Vegas. So he’ll give his brother some advice. “The baby’s how many days old and how many times have you seen her?” he’ll ask. “You need to give Sally some space. You did a real good thing here and I’m proud of you, but you need to let this go.”
Meanwhile, Nate will meet up with Stephanie, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), Devon Winters (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Devon will make a toast, to Doctor Nate Hastings. Stephanie will say the staff at Memorial can’t wait for him to return. “You’ve been with me from the start,” Nate will tell her, kissing her hand.
When Stephanie says she’d heard all about the great Dr. Nate Hastings, Abby will say she’s not surprised. After all, she was friends with his mother. Nate and Stephanie will eventually leave and Abby will feel bad for mentioning Olivia so many times.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Devon Admits He Knows Cane Makes Her Happy
Lily and Devon will sit at the bar for a heart to heart. He’ll tell her he sees how much she misses Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). He also sees that Cane makes her very happy. “Life is too damn short to hold onto grudges.” Then Cane will call and tell Lily he’s coming home.
In London, Kyle will arrive at the apartment with a scone and coffee for Victoria. She’ll admit she’s having second thoughts about joining him in Paris. “It feels like it would be tempting fate.” Then Billy will knock on the door. Kyle will make himself scarce and Victoria will go to the door. Billy will say he wanted to give her good news about his mom and she’ll let him in.
He’ll tell her he saw his mom this morning and she looked great. “Snapper said the surgery probably saved her life and she’s gonna make it.” Victoria will say it’s wonderful news. It will definitely put their kids’ mind at ease. Billy will ask what she’s doing after her meeting and if she’s heading back to Genoa City. She’ll say it depends on how her meeting goes.
Billy will get ready to leave. “Oh, I almost forgot, my nephew Kyle is here, I ran into him,” he’ll say. “Did you know that he’s in London?” Victoria will play dumb and ask what the odds of that are. Billy will say he thinks Kyle’s there for her and suspects he might be trying to sabotage Vibrante.
Finally, if you’ve watched Victoria for years, you know she usually keeps her emotions on ice. So, seeing her start to unravel over a little bit of secrecy proves this secret romance is taking a toll on her. She’ll wonder if their relationship is worth it. “What if our family finds out?” she’ll say to Kyle. “I really hate this.” He’ll say he does too. “Do you think maybe it’s time we should end this?” Victoria will ask.
